I asked Megan to sell a property in Victoria Avenue, in mid 2009.
She advised that the best approach would be to go to Auction. She then set about marketing the property for us.
She first of all recommended cleaning it up and then provided the tradesmen to do this in a very cost effective and through way which enhanced its appearance immeasurably. Megan arranged for firm to temporarily furnish the house and this made an unbelievable difference.
She then began showing groups of people through and in no time at all had eleven or so singed up as bidder.
Megan went out of her way personally to show these people the property in such a way that a competitive spirit and enhanced keenness was generated.
She accepted that we wanted a fair price relative to the true value of the property and no detail was overlooked in her efforts to get this for us.

Four years ago it was time to move on and a proposal for the sale of our house was sought from Bayleys Real Estate, Barfoot & Thompson Ltd and Megan Jaffe Real Estate. I sought from each, a proposal specific to our property, to identify the target market and to indicate a recommended price range.
The former two produced their standard generic marketing plan and left it to “the market†to determine the value. Megan, on the other hand, produced exactly what I had asked for and outlined a strategy she proposed tailored for our property.
To say that it worked would be an understatement. She produced an unconditional contract for an amount well in excess of that which either of us expected, and the deal was concluded within two weeks of listing.
